“I enjoyed the product, I think it did a good job cleansing the skin. But I won’t buy again until there is a better, more reasonable packaging introduced. I always wonder what’s going on with their packaging team because it is rare to see skincare brands ruined by packages. It is genuinely difficult, but Skin Theory proved it is quite possible”

“I really like this product but the packaging is the worst I’ve had. The tube is incredibly tough and not even half way through it split and had two holes in it so every time I used it, it came out everywhere. It’s been a nightmare to try and finish the product and so much had been wasted.”

“Not for me. I have been using this cleanser for long time 2022 to 2025. My eyes got super dry and my friend bought me a random cleanser because I ran out and my eyes got better. I just bought this product again and i can feel the itch in my eyes again. So dont recommend for sensitive skin. Yes, i avoided eye area.”
