“I have used this product for many years. I love the cleanser however the packaging now is such a let down. It used to come in a glass pot which was great. After this the change to the tube is a nightmare. The tube cracks, in several places, oozes out product and rusts over. It is not durable at all.”

“I feel the exfoliating aspect is quite gentle, I can't imagine it does much to aid exfoliation. I don't really like the smell, sort of medicinal.”

“The product itself is just alright. I don't think it helped or harmed my skin. But I am so disappointed in the packaging. Two big issues: one, it was so sensitive to temperature change, if I used if after taking a shower in my bathroom, it would ooze out like crazy when I took the cap off, wasting a ton of product. Two, if this happened, or if any amount leaked out around the rim, it would get stuck in the threads and turn gray and look super gross. The weird oozing thing happened so often, probably 30% of the product was wasted this way instead of used on my face.”

“I have been always buying this however my last one the tubes started to crack and the cleanser was leaking I think this needs to be changed to bottle with a pump please”

Hi Eff, Thank you for being a loyal ClariCleanse user and for letting us know about the cracked tube and leaking. That’s not the experience aimed for, and the suggestion to move to a pump bottle has been shared with the product team for review. To help prevent cracks in the meantime: - Gently squeeze and roll the tube from the sealed end rather than pressing the middle. - Avoid sharply bending or folding the same spot repeatedly. - Use a tube key to roll the tube evenly as you go, which helps minimise stress points and reduces the chance of splits. “I have used this product for solar keratosis and seems to help. Was usually in a glass jar now in a more convenient tube. Alas, I can no longer get the cap to come off, I had to puncture the tube to get the product out. Thanks John”
