“I really like this product but the packaging is the worst I’ve had. The tube is incredibly tough and not even half way through it split and had two holes in it so every time I used it, it came out everywhere. It’s been a nightmare to try and finish the product and so much had been wasted.”

“Not for me. I have been using this cleanser for long time 2022 to 2025. My eyes got super dry and my friend bought me a random cleanser because I ran out and my eyes got better. I just bought this product again and i can feel the itch in my eyes again. So dont recommend for sensitive skin. Yes, i avoided eye area.”

“Love the product but not the packaging. Really difficult to get the cleanser out of the tube and brown sludge forms at top of tube. I have a lot left in the tube i just can't get out. Preferred previous packaging.”

“I’ve been using this product for 6 years and I truly can’t be without it! My skin is less prone to breakouts when using and I don’t think I’ll ever use a different cleanser. I have sensitive skin and this doesn’t leave my face feeling dry, tight, red and doesn’t sting. The new lid of the tube is fantastic too! Chefs kiss!”
