“I love the one without the grainy-scratchy-skin-ripping texture. I don’t know why they are getting rid of the other one. People loved it. They got rid of the jars because they wanted to be greener, then they brought these hemorroid-cream looking tubes with metal caps and introduced PLASTIC CAPS!!! It was always about costs, never about being green. The tubes looking the same are terrible for their demographics which is middle age people, we can’t see, we need our reading glasses or we end up washing our face with moisturiser! Anyway, I have 3 tubes of this one because I had no idea it was going to contain mashed up glass and be 50% metal shavings. It cleans my face though, and what’s left of it is clean.”

“I really like this cleanser as it’s gentle but makes your skin feel really clean. However, the metal tubes are not nice to use at all as the cleanser starts coming out of the tube as soon as the lid is taken off. Because of this it is very difficult to control how much you use each time and lots gets wasted. Please consider changing back to the glass jars. They made face theory products much more enjoyable to use.”

“Leider hat das Peeling (2 for 1) bei mir im Gesicht zu Irritationen geführt und meine Haut wurde sehr trocken und rot. Bekämpfe sie seit Tagen. Ich habe sie deshalb heute für den Körper verwendet und bin damit zufrieden – so musste ich sie nicht wegwerfen. Für mich ist sie für den Körper besser geeignet als für das Gesicht. Falls es eine sanftere Variante geben sollte, bin ich für Feedback sehr dankbar.”

Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass es bei Ihnen im Gesicht zu Irritationen, Trockenheit und Rötungen geführt hat – das ist absolut nicht der gewünschte Effekt. Die Kombination aus 4% Glykol-Säure (AHA) und 2% Salicylsäure (BHA) ist für ölige oder zu Unreinheiten neigende Haut konzipiert und kann bei sensibler Haut anfangs Reizungen auslösen, da sie Poren tief reinigt und abgestorbene Zellen löst. Schön zu hören, dass es auf dem Körper gut funktioniert und nicht verschwendet wurde – viele Kunden nutzen es tatsächlich so. Für eine sanftere Gesichtspflege empfehlen wir den unparfumierten ClariCleanse oder unser Resurfa AHA & BHA Exfoliating Serum in niedrigerer Konzentration, das langsamer eingeführt werden kann. Bei anhaltenden Reizungen immer SPF verwenden und neue Produkte patch-testen. Falls Sie weitere Tipps oder eine Empfehlung brauchen, melden Sie sich gerne bei unserem Support-Team! “Je trouve qu'il manque pique moins que l'ancienne version en pot et c'est un bonus! L'odeur est toujours aussi agréable et moins forte, j'apprécie car j'ai tendance à choisir des produits sans parfum pour ma peau sensible. C'est un de mes nettoyants préférés”

We're sorry to hear the tube packaging doesn't suit you as well as the previous jars. The switch to aluminium tubes aimed to enhance recyclability and reduce breakage during shipping, though we completely understand the preference for jars' ease of use and we are already looking inot improving the current packaging.
