“Still not received after email and being told via email my items had been delivered, I told them I had not received them they said there had been a misunderstanding and they would be with me by the 30/11 still nothing and I’ve emailed again and they’ve now said due 25/12 I’ve asked for a refund as I have ordered 4 games and no response!!! These were for Christmas so the 25/12 is no good!”
