“Zero stars... Didn't receive both my orders and they lied saying they have delivered them. Pure scam please don't use this company or Wowcher. I won't ever again.”

“I can't review the product becuase I haven't received it. Delivery status says that it has been delivered however it has not. When I email the supplier it has a generic response saying that I will receive it before 25th December... no matter what you write in the email, you get the same response. Maybe it will turn up before 25th December however its very strange it says it has been delivered when clearly it hasn't.”

“Item was tracked from leaving China and stated delivered to my address but the item didn’t get delivered, contacted merchant and go automated reply’s so applied to pay pal protection for refund.”

“Don't know if it would've been any good as didn't recieve order, spent over a week now trying to speak to someone regarding a refund but neither the merchant nor wowcher seem to care as they have not responded. I will have to take it up with the bank and trading standards”

“Sadly can't review something that has been delivered to somewhere that isn't my address. Customer service from the merchant is non existent as they have ignored all my emails and Wowcher haven't been helpful either.”

“Haven't received the 2 consoles I bought. Tracked them and they went to Bromley Post hub (no where near where I live) then I couldn't find them after then. Contacted the seller and they said they were aware of a delivery issue, to wait a few days and the item would be wit me by Christmas. Contacted back and chased since to check they were sending to my correct address and had no response. Terrible, took a chance and been burnt. Don't do it!!!”
