“I have yet to receive 2 of these devices - and there is no one to contact to ask I trusted Wowcher and thought it would be safe to order through you, but this experience has been awful - no one to ask about the devices or how to get my money back!”

“I was notified it had arrived at my address but there was no traffic whatsoever. Wherever it was delivered it wasn't to me! I was unaware it was from China. Merchant has been zero help, Wowcher has been zero help. I know it is a review on the purchase, but this is the only thing I can do. I will never ever use Wowcher again unless this is sorted out soon!”
