“I haven't received it, it said it was delivered but not to me! I haven't received emailed the seller several times and had no response. I haven't received emailed tried to use the Wowcher WhatsApp to get a response from Wowcher and it just takes me through the same loop of questions. I want a refund but the only way to request this is to send a letter!!”

“Still haven’t received my product. On Wowcher, it states that my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it. I contacted the seller but their communication is awful. I got one response which was very vague. That stated there was an accident with the delivery and they will be sending another. I don’t have any tracking details for this replacement. May I add, this happened with both products as I ordered two of them I don’t even know if they have sent two replacements or just one. Very unhappy!”

“I have not received this item! I had notification saying it was delivered however it wasn’t. I was in at the time they sent notification. I understand from many others who also ordered that they haven’t received either and got notification saying delivery complete. It is absolutely impossible to speak to anyone from Wowcher to get any sort of resolve . Do not buy this it is a scam !!!”

“Scam, received tracking details saying delivered to my house on 17th November. No package has been delivered. Wowcher unwilling to help and told me to email the supplier, who has ignored my email. This was my son's birthday present and he is very upset. AVOID.”

“Not received. Marked as Delivered, only help from Wowcher was to contact the merchant with no response. Attempts to get help from Wowcher was automated bots and waiting for human support. Still waiting. So loss of costs and patience, no console to show for it. Unlikely to use Wowcher again at this point.”
