“Never received the item, bought 2 and they posted them somewhere not my address. Spoke to Royal Mail and they were delivered over 100 miles away from my house. Trying to get a response from anyone is extremely difficult. Will update if I ever get an update!”

“Never came, said it had been delivered but hadn’t, had cctv footage and no attempt made. Merchant never replied to emails and Wowcher never contacted me back despite using their only available means of communication….. WhatsApp! Absolutely disgusting customer service on both parts….. avoid like the plague…… I ended up contacting PayPal and got a refund for the products from them but had to lose the £8 postage I paid! Thank goodness I paid through them!”

“Can’t review the console as it has never arrived. I can review the seller and Wowcher and I personally think it’s a scam. Tracking advises parcel was delivered yet it hasnt and there is no proof it was. No one at the sellers side or Wowcher interested in helping…to all do not buy this product (or in my case attempt to buy this product)”
