“Not as expected, very poor condition not true to images, have emailed cloud9 no response, sadly got rid of my daughters other bed so is having to use this, frame has already ‘dipped’ and only had for 2 weeks!! One of the drawers doesn’t even shut properly. Absolutely shocking will not be buying anything off wowcher again if this is what you put your name too!!!”

“The main bed is good however the mattress is terrible. They do not sell you the mattress in the photo and when you complain they say “that this is what you ordered”. The 1-4 deliver by time was 7pm and they did not call under 5 to say they were going to be late. Then tried to ask for cash. Please check Trustpilot. I wish I had before I ordered as I then realised that lots of people have complained about the mattress. Have attached the cheap mattress they gave instead of the one they have in the photo and after you order.”
