Product exceeded expectations but delivery very poor. Bed left on doorstep when we were away overnight. It was left outside the front door on a cold wet night in full view of passing strangers. There was no opportunity beforehand to establish delivery date or change it if unsuitable. We were fortunate that our product remained intact when we returned 20 hours after delivery.

Never turned up. No response to emails from merchant. Wowcher no help. Having to launch a charge back from credit card company. Avoid at all costs.

I am extremely disappointed with this bed and feel completely deceived by the advert. From the pictures and description, I expected a comfortable, supportive mattress that would offer a good night’s sleep. What I received is the exact opposite. To start with, the mattress is unbelievably thin — so thin that it barely deserves to be called a mattress at all. The moment you lie down, you can feel the springs poking through, making it impossible to get comfortable. It genuinely feels like sleeping on a layer of cloth stretched over metal. There is absolutely no padding, no support, and definitely no comfort. After the first night, I woke up with back pain, shoulder pain, and a terrible night’s sleep. The advert made the bed look plush and inviting, but in reality it is nothing like what was shown. If anything, it feels cheaply made, flimsy, and completely unsuitable for daily use. It is shocking that a company would sell a product of this poor quality and still have the confidence to advertise it as a proper mattress. This is not only misleading but borderline dishonest. For the price I paid, I expected far better. I now have to either replace the mattress entirely or return the whole bed, which is an inconvenience and an extra expense I did not plan for. I wish I had read more honest reviews before purchasing, because this has been a complete waste of money. I do not recommend this bed to anyone. Save your money and buy from a more reputable seller. This product is uncomfortable, poorly made, and falsely advertised. I regret buying it and would give it zero stars if I could.
