“Absolutely nothing like the photos or description. Substandard product, lumpy matress and gapping fabric at both ends of the bed. Cloud 9 take no responsibility and their delivery driver cuts and runs before you can complain. Avoid at all costs they are not a reputable company and the products are horrific.”

“Not the mattress in the image. Very light weight. Quality not that great. Probably okay for occasional use/guest room but I don’t think it would hold up for everyday use. And beware there are shiny glass diamond type buttons on the headboard. You can’t see them in the image. Maybe a different headboard as well as mattress. You get what you pay for.”

“Got to be the worst shopping experience ever. Confulated process. Order two same beds paid for two in one transaction - then you get two vouchers for delivery for each bed. £29.95 each bed? So you’ve paid for your beds once and then two delivery charges. Needles to say I contacted the seller and they blame Wowcher they made us do it. The best thing of this order was the quick delivery and the super helpful driver. Then part 2 disaster. Two different beds. One with buttons in the headboard the other with glass like diamonds. Two of the feet one in each bed could not be tapped in they had to be hammered in. Then one of the head boards won’t fit the pre-drilled holes in the bed base as out of alignment and the metal threaded bushes fall out. The suppliers return sheet says buyer pays returns. So in short my first buying experience was a nightmare - oh yes, the mattresses were fine. So this review of bitter sweet mainly bitter means some lessons to be learnt. Best regards Gary”
