Beds lovely but the drawer is faulty .. it falls off the runner and just collapses .. so is not usable .. I have emailed the sellers twice now and I have received no response from them at all .. very disappointed

Just a hollow cheap bed slides all over headboard came broken tried to contact firm a number of occasions No response tried contacting Wowcher all you can do is message a robot who hasn’t got a clue I’m reporting to trading standards.

I received the bed with a very short headboard. The screw to fix the headboard was missing. The feet of the bed is missing. I have contacted CloudNine few times and no response. I cannot recommend them at all. I’m looking to contact trading standards for misleading as not delivered what’s shown on picture and description.

Have had issues with bed since delivered. Mattress collapsed in weeks. Now frame has collapsed only 2 months later. Unable to get a response from customer services. Won't be using this firm again, or Wowcher for that matter.

Product exceeded expectations but delivery very poor. Bed left on doorstep when we were away overnight. It was left outside the front door on a cold wet night in full view of passing strangers. There was no opportunity beforehand to establish delivery date or change it if unsuitable. We were fortunate that our product remained intact when we returned 20 hours after delivery.

Never turned up. No response to emails from merchant. Wowcher no help. Having to launch a charge back from credit card company. Avoid at all costs.
