“Massage was lovely however the Wowcher we paid for was meant to be for 30 mins, we only got 20 mins. Lunch was advertised as for 2 with a bottle of Prosecco to share, we were informed that only 1 of us could have a glass of Prosecco. We also never received the voucher advertised. Quite disappointing”

“Nice experience. We were told to choose a warm drink as part of lunch but this was then charged as we had a small prosecco each.”

“No lunch available due to “short staffing” no one told us this when I booked in person on Wednesday, when we arrived on Sunday or when we got a confirmation email. We only discovered when we tried to order. No suitable recompense was offered. We’ were lied to repeatedly until we deal with mangeress Clare. Today we have not been offered any money back, only the chance to repeat what should have been a special day with a lunch only package. We had treatments today but cut short our visit and we were hungry. In this case two half days do not equal a whole. I hope you can address this please.”

“Though the facilities are looking somewhat tired we have a lovely day at Bannatyne Spa Norwich. The staff were all lovely, lunch was was simple but tasty. The treatments were very relaxing and I was especially pleased with my facial. We would definitely recommend.”

“We didnt get prosecco?? Few options to choose from for lunch. My full body scrub was amazing. However my husband was booked in for a massage and it only lasted 10mins so he wasn't happy.”

“Great spa day, very busy considering it was a Tuesday! Food was delicious. Treatments were good. Only slight grumble was the jacuzzi was very hot as was the steam room. Would return.”

“My husband and I had a Spa day here just recently. The swedish neck and back massage was amazing and we both agreed on this. The swimming area is ok, but the the best bit was the steam room. The sauma room did not appear effective compared to the steam room. There are two ice buckets which I thought was great however, only one was working with the filter and was extremely ice cold. The jacuzzi area is not hot and pipes were exposed. Additionally, the big glass windows in the swimming pool area could do with a good clean as this would observe the natural green foliage outside. Furthermore, my lunch was almost embarassing to serve up. I ordered advocado and poached eggs which came out looking like a young kid cooked. Advocado was spread sloppy over one piece of white toast and two eggs on the other toast. I should have took a picture to upload but generally was in shock on how this was presented. Im no chef but utterly disappointed. My husbands jacket potatoe however, looked great with a nice side salad, although, I think you cannot go wrong with this choice of lunch. Generally, I believe that this building is quite attractive and could improve on the cafe area, food and others mentioned above to get the full beneifit from this day and to leave postive constructive feedback. On the plus side we did have a two mini bottles of prosecco with our lunch. I”
