“Very disappointed. The 30 min treatment it advertised is actually a 20 min . Not very helpful just got told to take it up with Wowcher . It also states a bottle of Prosecco when actually it is a glass . The spa area was very busy . Kids swimming lessons going on . No loungers , we asked and the lady on reception shrugged her shoulders and said there’s only the few that are already out and we would just have to wait for one . All in all we will not be coming back here and I definitely won’t be recommending to friends or family . We got no table service with the lunch , we had to get up in our robes and collect from the counter ourselves .”

“Really wasn't worth the price. Jacuzzi wasn't working and not much to do. However the massage was amazing and rescued the day. Also at lunch prosecco was switched to a hot drink”

“Been to Mansfield location, doesnt look like any of the pictures advertised very much lile a community centre at best even poorer , the food was not a dinner it was just a sandwich you can choose that salad or jacket potato , asked for water on the side it was warm. They didnt offer any prosecco, toilets smell very outdated spa didnt worth the £25 entry each as the massage was advertised on there for £25 payed £100 for 2 on the voucher”

““An excellent Bannatyne Spa Day for two – we bought two vouchers for my family of four . The treatments were first class, the facilities immaculate, and the lunch with Prosecco was a real highlight. Staff were attentive and welcoming, making the whole experience feel special. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable day.”

“Unfortunately wasn’t a brilliant visit, Pros- the massage and relaxation area. Very clean really lovely staff Cons- the “spa” pool area (jacuzzi, steam room and saunas) are in the public pool! No where on the website or voucher listing does it say this!! The jacuzzis were full of parents and their children. The steam room and saunas were also full, the pool was freezing! The food isn’t great so would probably give that a miss”
