“Kindle refused to start up fully, kept freezing up and it couldn't transfer from files from my phone. I was offered more help from hatemyphone but still no good. Kindle returned for refund.”

“The kindle fire is bigger than I expected. About the size of an ipad. And it hasn't got the apps on I expected, it has the apps I would expect on an ipad. Oh that will be why. I ordered a kindle fire and they sent me an ipad. Absolutely useless. It is two weeks since I emailed them to let them know. Looks like I have wasted my money. If only there was a 'no star' option.”
