“I was aware it was a refurbished kindle but I was disappointed in its overall appearance. Dirty and scratched back and marks on the screen. The marks did polish off the screen but a little more attention would have made it so much better. Also it arrived in “used” bubble wrap and a grey postal sack so it was lucky it arrived undamaged. I think the unit was overpriced and I think I could have got a better deal on eBay or Vinted. £9.99 for postage which was slow and used packaging was over the top.”

“We purchased these knowing the quality may not be perfect. But when received the screens hadn't been cleaned battery power was awful charged them and one would only charge to 70 per cent. And they were very very slow. Have returned both of them”
