“since it did not come with instructions or a way of getting into it - I have not been able to use it and am negotiating return it and getting a full refund. I'm apalled that this can happen! What was I supposed to do to get into it????? It was locked! Not impressed.”

“Arrived in thin bubble wrap and loose charger lead tried to charge it nothing ! Put it all night 3% turned on nothing this was for a present no box no instructions nothing sending it back”

“Very disappointed,this kindle hardly runs any apps like Facebook, Netflix or Microsoft outlook,it's very outdated and can't be upgraded at all,I wish I didn't purchase this kindle ,I feel I've wasted my money.”

“Absolutely disgraceful that a Kindle could be sold as "Discounted from £89.00" in the condition that it was in! I am putting this down to experience, I've never bought from Wowcher before and never will again!”
