“Very disappointed with the Kindle fire 7 HD. Was unable to register with the Kindle account. Called Amazon customer Service and was told after giving the serial number to contact the seller. Because of the experience I wouldn’t want to exchange. Never again would I buy refurbished items. This was my first time I went for a second hand, this is my last as well.”
