This nothing like the advertisement-it is aTABLET with a Kindle App How can I get my money back? I was expecting a KINDLE not a TABLET with the kindle App. The tablet arrived in a filthy state with finger marks all over it & wrapped in bubble wrap.

Was a bit disappointed that there was no box or information with the fire tablet. So far everything is working fine.

Wow, fantastic purchase thank you. I purchased this for my wife as I know she loves to read at bedtime, her old one had broken down after many years of service. Transfering her old books was easy. She loves it, so do I as she was trying to read using her mobile in bed keeping me awake

I am so disappointed as the kindle arrived all scratched on the screen clearly used not new. Dirty and dirty on the back.

I was aware it was a refurbished kindle but I was disappointed in its overall appearance. Dirty and scratched back and marks on the screen. The marks did polish off the screen but a little more attention would have made it so much better. Also it arrived in “used” bubble wrap and a grey postal sack so it was lucky it arrived undamaged. I think the unit was overpriced and I think I could have got a better deal on eBay or Vinted. £9.99 for postage which was slow and used packaging was over the top.

We purchased these knowing the quality may not be perfect. But when received the screens hadn't been cleaned battery power was awful charged them and one would only charge to 70 per cent. And they were very very slow. Have returned both of them
