“Haven't used this yet as its February, so I can't comment on it's bbq capability. Assembly was pretty straightforward, did it on my own in the garage, took a couple of hours. Impressed with the engineering, everything fitted precisely where it should. Thought the hinge assembly might be problematic, but it was a piece of cake. I think this bbq will last.”

“Delivery arrived yesterday. This is my second Webber charcoal 57cm BBQ as the other one finally came to the end of its life after 11 years. The assembly instructions for this new SE E=5775 was clear and took little time to put together. After assembled the whole unit does feels sturdy and good quality. However, there is a small chip to the porcelain enamelled base rim which I was a bit disappointed as the BBQ is not cheap. The other thing I noticed is that the lid rim feels sharp at the edges which my previous one wasn’t. QA must have missed this, hence only able to give 4 Stars. I haven’t used it yet but I am pretty sure it will be excellent and really looking forward to testing the low n slow smoking and the cast iron GBS sear grate as didn’t have this with previous one.”

“I am pleased to be the new owner of the Weber Master-Touch GBS Premium SE E-5775 Charcoal Grill 57cm, and I am learning about this kettle. The legs are just about strong enough to do the job, keeping the weight down, but will not stand any abuse. I was a little disappointed with the non-sealing vents, but this may not be too much of a problem. The added cost for delivery was also disappointing as the kettle came from a local warehouse, and I had to phone to complete the order. There was no lee-way given from the customer service.”

“fantastic service, I bought a weber master touch premium. I was kept up to date with the delivery times and it arrived exactly when they said it would. unfortunately, my bbq arrived with a dent on the lid (these things happen) but to my surprise, getting a replacement couldn't have been any easier, WOWBBQ responded to my email very quickly, telling me they would be in touch when my new lid would be arriving with me and there would be no need to send the old lid back, a week later it arrived in perfect condition. would recommend and would feel very comfortable using WOWBBQ again.”
