“fantastic service, I bought a weber master touch premium. I was kept up to date with the delivery times and it arrived exactly when they said it would. unfortunately, my bbq arrived with a dent on the lid (these things happen) but to my surprise, getting a replacement couldn't have been any easier, WOWBBQ responded to my email very quickly, telling me they would be in touch when my new lid would be arriving with me and there would be no need to send the old lid back, a week later it arrived in perfect condition. would recommend and would feel very comfortable using WOWBBQ again.”

“Easy to use,good to have middle center changeble details depends off cooking style. Dishes come same or even better as in grill bar restaurant !!!”

“I had a few webers in my arsenal before I bought one of these MT Premiums. I was starting to do some extra smoking for my business and my one smaller Weber Smokey Mountain could not cope with doing a lot in a few days. I make smoked gammon hams, ribs etc. for my small home based business so i got the MT to help out and this has the P shaped lower vents and charcoal ring/diffuser designed for smoking. I found it not as good for smoking as the WSM (for obvious reasons) but extremely brilliant for BBQ and grilling. I love the hinged lid too. Very easy to use, control temperatures and clean out with the One Touch ash pan system. I love it.”
