“I had a few webers in my arsenal before I bought one of these MT Premiums. I was starting to do some extra smoking for my business and my one smaller Weber Smokey Mountain could not cope with doing a lot in a few days. I make smoked gammon hams, ribs etc. for my small home based business so i got the MT to help out and this has the P shaped lower vents and charcoal ring/diffuser designed for smoking. I found it not as good for smoking as the WSM (for obvious reasons) but extremely brilliant for BBQ and grilling. I love the hinged lid too. Very easy to use, control temperatures and clean out with the One Touch ash pan system. I love it.”

“Despite arriving damaged ( which has now been replaced thanks to WOWBBQ) this product is excellent. It was a birthday present for my husband. He loves Weber and the cooking time was very efficient.”
