It does takes a good few hours to assemble the grill and it is quite difficult to insert the legs but when it’s finished it looks good. Firstly we tried smoking a piece of salmon, results were very good but have not been able to clean off the burnt on drips from the smoking diffuser plate. Advice please on how this should be done. We then removed the smoking facility and cooked sausages with the remaining heat - they were grand. We would welcome advice on cooking vegetables.

As a barbecue, it's fantastic device, and I will give it 5 stars. Construction quality is outstanding everywhere, with the exception of the barbecue legs. Those are made from super cheap / thin aluminium. They are stored at the bottom of the box so one leg arrived damaged (the tube was a bit crushed, which I could fix). But inserting the tubes into the kettle proved to be a nightmare. I had to Dremel the inside of the kettle holes to facilitate the insertion. Going left-right as the assembly kit suggests damages the tube. Absolutely unacceptable for a top of the range BBQ, and very strange coming from Weber. I knocked 2 stars down because of this
