On firing up the unit, it appeard to only offer a 32bit OS but with a bit of searching on the internet I found a useful Youtube instructional video which walked through the process for upgrading to 64bit. The conversion process was quite straightforward - you'll need to download the 64bit OS to a separate SD card - once uploaded everything worked fine.”

Good software and programmes included. Hadn't realised you can't attach pi camera only usb till I read manual, nevertheless excellent value for money.”
“The ordering process and the delivery was perfect. Received it within 2 working days. However the raspberry pi 500 was getting stuck randomly and require hard reboots. Tried reflashing the SD card but no luck.
