“It's easy to install once you see the official youtube videos for installation. Make sure you see the one for the version you have! I had bought official cases in the past but this then renders the cases useless and you need another one that fits the new attachment. That is the main downside for me. Otherwise, for the money you pay, it does a good job. The touchscreen works well and display holds good for the bucks!!”

“In general the assembly of the screen was fairly easy to perform but the issue with the touchscreen has always been with the GPIO pins which was resolved by having the bypass USB to micro USB connector cable which was supplied for the Rpi3 version of 7 inch touchscreen , a sad loss to a great product but the GPIO jumpers are OK but somehow the Gnd and 5.5v seem to bypass the touchscreen and when connected to a large screen defaults to the large screen why?”
