“This is a really nice display for the price, and it all just works as long as you're using the latest version of the Raspberry Pi OS. It's great for portable builds or any other project which requires a small but usable monitor. There are four standoffs preinstalled on the back, which you'll want to remove if you're using it with something like a SmartiPi Touch 2 case - the easiest way to do this is with a 4mm hex socket screwdriver.”
“Very good quality, could maybe be a tad bigger, the only irritating thing is that when it boots with the Pi 4, the screen is upside down. Easily rectified by adding configuration parameter, but subsequent boots it STILL goes upside down, before it corrects itself.
It is hard to choose other boot options while it is upside down, just thought someone should have looked at this.”
