The HQ Camera is very good. While it obviously cannot compete with a mirrorless camera with much bigger sensor, it blows my Logitech C920 out of the water.

Took ages to get it in focus. Took me ages to work out that I had to remove an Adaptor from the lens. This was not documented anywhere and not obvious. Hence 4 stars otherwise now happy.

Images captured through my telescope look really good. I attached it using a c to 1.25” adapter that works well. I do have some dust on the sensor which I’m unsure how to clean.

This is the first time I've tried to do anything using a Raspberry Pi, let alone the new high qualiity camera, so I was nervous about the outcome. I needn't have worried. The camera set up was very straight forward and the assistance from the various forums was outstanding. The image quality for my project is very important and this little CCD doesn't disappoint. I have yet to finnish the project, but I'm encouraged by the earlier mention performance. Thank you and everyone that helps and supports all things Pi.
