Super little hat. Worked perfectly, fan noise not too bad in an office environment but may be a little noisy for a quiet room.

Perfectly power my PI. These new hots are more robust than the old ones and report current draw via linux sysfs and mout nicely. Great for racking.

It does the job, but the design needs some improvement. Also weak solider on the 4pin PoE connector block.

Works well, just a bit loud at times

Works great. A little fiddly to fit, but once you get past that hurdle, it Just Works TM.

Works, but is significantly hotter than a cheap external active PoE splitter which was less than half the cost of the official PoE+ HAT. Plus the fan is very noisy, which might be an issue for some applications. I brought this as I assumed it would be more efficient for an application which is quite heat sensitive, but I had to switch back to using the no-brand PoE splitter as the CPU was throttling at ~80°C with this HAT.

Brilliant way to install a little network appliance in my system with minimal cables. Once I can get a new RPi 4 8gb that is... wont pay the insane prices that everyone is flogging them at now have to wait till they are back in stock. Then build my Nagios Core
