“This is a great step forward for the Raspberry Pi. I use the conventional Raspberry Pi for quite a lot of functions but the new PICO is just what I was looking for in the control field.
I have used Arduinos for a lot of control jobs, but I am now seriously looking at the PICO as a possible replacement for the Arduino It runs on Python which is a language that I particularly like and I think this feature will will help the PICO gain a lot of support from users. (You can also run it on C if you want)
The big benefit is having Analogue ports as well as digital ones.
I personally think that the PICO is going to become a market leader in the future.
