“I find this SBC to be quite usable as a desktop machine but it can slow down a bit when a lot of tasks are active. It's very simple to set up and use. I bought the 8GB version and stuck a Pi-Hut supplied 64GB MicroSD Card into it with NOOBS on the drive. Setting up was very straightforward and the only thing that took a significant amount of time was updating the system and applications once the machine was working.”
“The unit is well made and good quality parts are used.
The packet did take a bit long to reach me considering the that it was sent from the UK, but guess that's due to the covid situation.
Over all very pleased with the product and service.”
“My first Rapsberry Pi, which I have set up as a NAS/Plex server/home lab. My only complaint is the Pi can be a bit difficult to configure when compared to computers using more conventional architectures, and as alluded to, this stems from the ARM architecture used in the Pi. However, if you are prepared to put the effort in, it is a useful energy efficient board.”
