“Excellent wee computer. It's for use on a boat, so I chose the Pi 4 over Pi 5, because it's uses less watts. The performance is excellent for my needs, although I'm sure the 5 is even quicker I used an SD card that I had kicking around at first, and everything was hesitant & laggy. Bought a much quicker SD card(140 mb/s, not very expensive) and suddenly everything ran really well. Lesson learnt.”

“Still a very capable board - I'm using it to run Bitfocus companion and so far it hasn't missed a beat. Running it fanless with a POE HAT - perfect.”

“I am sure that many, many people have reviewed Raspberry Pi 4 but The Pi Hut asked me to provide a review so, in a nut shell: it's great. The Pi Hut delivered the unit incredibly promptly, as always, and I'm using it to run Zone Minder. The RPi 4 is a lot more powerful than the RPi 3 and I needed the extra welly of the 4, and its USB 3 port, but felt the RPi 5 was more processing power than necessary for my application. I'm using a passive heatsink as I didn't want the noise of a fan 24/7 and the system is rock-solid.”

“I love the Pi's and I now have a number of these performing a range of functions. They are powerful, low powered (in terms of electricity) and I use them for so many different roles. I would certainly buy more, if needed!”
