“I bought this as a temporary replacement for a TBS PCI card that fried another PC. It's only a single tuner, but it works flawlessly and at a stunning price. I could buy two of these with two pi 3b+s for the price of just a dual PCI card!”
“Works brilliantly. Network latency can cause occasional hesitancy; on my setup accessing the system at home via an (old) Virgin Media Hub, this is minimal.

“Great little board, compact with no frills apart from the rather bright always on green led. Software limits easy viewing, EPG and recording functions. Needs a 3b or 3b+ for direct viewing without stutter or crazing but again suspect that better software might resolve these issues.”
“Finally a DVB that works with raspbian.
I run a media server with samba shares but had to run a separate pi with libreelec for digital tv. Now I don’t have to! Works out of the box.”
“I bought one of these to stream free view channels to my iOS devices, and assembled it with a pi zero W according to to the excellent tutorial.
It worked perfectly with minimal effort. (See! Linux tutorials can be written in an understandable way)
Having fitted it in a small ABS Hammond enclosure and taped it to the aerial point (you could fit the whole thing inside a std aerial access box) it has worked perfectly since then, only requiring a restart after a router reboot.
I would throughly recommend the set up. (Hat, leaf, feather, banana, shield - I’ve lost track). The TV headend software works well with iOS, the Win10 app is a bit ropey, but then so is Win 10.
I’ve tried to insert a photo but I seem unable to in this site.”
“Absolutely superb addition to our home media center. Records TV to NAS for viewing later. Had to ditch OpenElec for LibreElec to use but so far so good!”
