“The camera didn't work when I recieved it. Despite explaining to PI Hut support it wasn't working I was told to raise the issue on the Raspberry Pi forum and await their findings. As I had zero response to my post, which explained all the checks I had made on the non-functioning camera, I was then told by Pi Hut I could return the item. As I'd recieved a non-functioning item, I should not have had to raise a post on the Pi support forum. Pi Hut should just have offered a replacement or refund, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.”
