good little camera, only fault is colour balance needs to be manually adjusted for different lighting conditions

Elegant, classy, sexy... just some of the adjectives used to describe how I look when viewed through this camera. I'm hoping to use this for the Birdhouse project with a PiZero W. Wish me luck.

I'm an archaeology PhD student, and I'm trying to figure out how to use a Pi NoIR camera in conjunction with a normal Pi camera to collect multispectral data of archaeological sites from a drone. I'm still in the beginning stages of work, but I'm really excited about the potential of the Pi NoIR camera. Hopefully I'll have good results to report sometime soon!

Excellent Camera. Helps to have an IR filter if used during day light or perhaps something an IR cut filter (https://www.ebay.ie/itm/IR-CUT-CS-Mount-Lens-8Mp-HP-Dual-Filter-Switcher-for-IPC-AHD-Camera-Module-2/401003344143) to do both.
