“A small Pi for little money. Make sure your USB OTG cable doesn't have an angled connecter, otherwise you block the power supply. I've also ordered the USB to microUSB OTG Converter Shim as a nice small solution.
Use a simple USB hub to attach mouse, keyboard and WiFi/Ethernet during configuration. After that you can remove this all and continue to use it headless.
It's too bad each customer can only order 1 Zero”
“I love the pi zero, cheap and small but very capable device. Good for many projects which needs much more computing power than an arduino/esp8266, but you need small form factor and power consumption.
I do not recommend it to people new to the Raspberry Pi as it needs a lot of accessories to try everything. Just buy a pi3, costwise it is simalar to pi zero + accessories. The pi3 has more cpu power and has integrated wifi, ethernet, bluetooth, USBs. Only use pi zero for specific projects.”
“Quite good hardware to run some print or file server at home. The only issue is a usage of external devices. Low power on micro USB output port might be a problem.”
