The Pi is now onto the first revision. The original Revision 1 had a number of minor issues that the Revision 2 fixed, as well as providing mount holes. The third version, called the B+, makes further improves on the design. It adds another two USB ports so you can have a keyboard, mouse and WiFi plugged in at the same time without needing a USB hub. The GPIO header has been enlarged, providing 40 GPIO pins, up from 26. The vast majority of add-on boards are still compatible. And the power consumption has been reduced, meaning the B+ is even more frugal and can be run for longer on batteries. Overall, a welcome improvement!

This is my second Raspberry Pi, I use one as a dedicated media server and the other for experimentation with various Amateur Radio software. Service from Pi Hut has been very good with fast delivery and items as described.

Perfect! * The only drawback is that I bought a development kit (Pi Cobbler Breakout Kit) for my previous Raspberry Pi Model B, that does not work with this new model B+, I cannot use it with this new model B+. * Things to known before hand : SD card is a MICRO SD ! not a usual sd card like model B.
