This is a complete game changer. The different scenarios this little device finds itself in grows day by day. It's small, cheap, scalable and available to all; from pet feeding projects at home and coding projects in schools to helping educate children in refugee camps in places like the Middle East and Africa.

As the title said, they really make a difference, and because of them, I have managed to complete my RasPi Laptop project!

Such a massive improvement on the original (that was also still great). The B+ just has more of everything. Ram, GPIO, USB. Super!

I'm not sure how, I bought this to use as a music server, put Volumio on an SDCard, attached a USB drive of music, USB out to my DAC, ethernet to my router. Booted up the Pi, picked up the iPad navigated to volumio.local/ done! Music everywhere that's connected for a tenth the price of certain other options. VERY happy.

I have a B, a B+ for my four year old daughter and a B+ which I use for electronics. The B+ not only has a large GPIO capability it also has some more USB which is handy for when you have a wifi dongle and keyboard and want to plug in something else. Mounting holes and even just having cables on one side make it useful when mounting onto an Adafruit Pidish with T cobbler so one can have a good solid breadboard platform for ones Pi. For robotics the A+ looks great as lower power and also in the HAT form factor.
