“Bought this little device as part of a bigger project to develop and hopefully widen the Meshcore network in the western part of NI. In areas where we have access to repeaters it works well, neat device. Would have been handy if it had a USB C charge/data port. But I believe that is in development.”
“Love the product, luckily there are lots of help videos online to help setup etc so it has been pretty simple. Small and light, initial setup was ok but there is a need to update the firmware etc. The product came with a QR code that sends you straight to a series of videos for setup tips and guidance so not too bad at all.
Will be getting more products from pihut in future. I am really impressed by the service and delivery.”
“Works straight out of the box, charged up and flashed with meshcore. Not necessarily line of sight as was in living room picking up repeaters miles away. Very impressed by it's capability. If your not picking up repeaters your settings is incorrect in the app.”
“Quality LoRa/meshtastic gadget, easy to setup and works well connected to iphone, has surprisingly great receive range, and also decent transmit for its small size”
“Great little device for paragliding, flashed to run SoftRF transmitting and receiving FLARM and Fanet. I have been picked up by ground stations 100km away when above 3000 ft.”
