“The SenseCAP T1000-E is a great, yet tiny, LoRa platform with GPS, indicator LED, and simple audio, that is supported by meshtastic and meshcore.
It comes with meshtastic, but you must upgrade the software for best performance. This is simple to do.
Range is impressive, even from your pocket, which is important as the card is so small. It does support a lanyard if you prefer, but it doesn't come with one.
I hear it works well as a meshcore client, but I have not verified that.
