“No mention you have to take the case apart just to fit or change SD card. The jumper to allow you to use the power switch or bypass requires the removal of the Raspberry PI board and the add-on board. Two options I would think are not uncommon operations for a lot of Raspberry Pi users. Plus points it feels like a very solid case appears to run quite warm from my limited usage. The full sized HDMI ports are a nice touch and the SSD board works as expected.”
“I needed a good quality case that supported M.2 SSD to use with a Raspberry Pi 5 to run Home Assistant 24/7 and the Argon One V3 is excellent for this. The cooling fan is supplied as part of the case and is whisper quiet, which is essential, as this is located in our bedroom. The case has a quality feel as it’s made of metal and everything fits together really well. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design of this case. I am really pleased I chose the Argon ONE V3.”
“Didn't work now consigned to the box of failed purchases. As a novice I thought this would be the best case within my budget. Had to buy a cheaper option from another supplier which worked.”
“A very well made case which assembled very easily. I'm now running Home Assistant, booting off an NVME card, which is working well so far. This was phase 2 of me updating the Z-wave controller from a Razberry series 2, to a Nabu Casa ZWA-2 (also puchased from Pi Hut). Next stage is to build a POE module for the ZWA-2!
Service from Pi Hut was excellent, as usual :-)”
