“Nice case and the Pi fitted perfectly. One point to note is that there is an adhesive thermal pad for heat-sinking the processor - this assembly will need to be peeled apart if you need access to the I/O header. Not sure if this will peel apart easily once the adhesive has been cooked for a while! If you want access to this header you might wish to fit a ribbon cable to the header before fitting the case.”
“Keeps the Pi 4 around 40-45 degrees C at idle, compared with 35 for my other Pi 4 in a Pibow Coupe case with a Pimoroni Fan Shim. That doesn't bother me because it's a smart little case and completely silent. I'm glad I ordered it.”
“Elegant case, very clean lines. CPU temperature is always fine. Intend to overclock and monitor further. I like this combined silent-cooling and containment solution.”
“Beautiful case, lovely aluminium and without a spinning fan it stays warm to the touch but no performance problems with the Pi. Some other reviewers had issues lining up the ports but it worked just fine for me. I used this to build a network server running open media vault to back up all my music and photos with USB storage, and also configured it as DLNA so my wife can select music on our smart TV to listen to. It works perfectly and I'm super happy I chose this nice study case.”
