“It is a neat case but the top side is not metal but has a plastic lining. So compared to another all metal case, it keeps the Pi 4 hotter. Also the other case I bought came with more thermal pads, including a spare set. And that one was cheaper than the Flirc case by a couple of pounds.
So while popular you can now buy better.”
