“Pallet force used an 18 tonne lorry which meant the driver Andre Carp was unable to get the lorry into Foxley Drive,he had to walk the pallet over quarter of a mile to get to our house! Please convey my appreciation to the driver Andre Carp who was courteous and efficient .”

“Much of the wood is cut into pices too small. Instead of being able to put just one piece in the log burner, I have to put up to four pieces on, which burn down more quickly. Delivery is prompt, with the driver willing to put the pallet where you want it.”

“The crate was delivered promptly by your designated carrier who incidentally was extremely courteous ,& helpful.It is really refreshing to deal with a company who regards customer service as a must to ensure satisfaction & repeat business.The birch logs are keeping my wife & I nice & cosy. “Delivery company they use in south Wales are hopeless. They are supposed to arrange delivery in advance. Twice now I have received a phone call out of the blue letting me know they'll be with me in 30 minutes! Fortunately I was in and able to tell them where to put them, otherwise they would have just dumped them anywhere on the drive. Next time I'll look elsewhere.”
