“Good quality very dry birch, however didn’t receive the book in call from the courier as promised to arrange delivery date, got a text to tell me my crate was already out for delivery which can be a problem as I need to be home to move the contents as soon as they arrive. It would be so much better if tracking info could be supplied to the customer upon dispatch so that we can see when it’s at the hub and delivery depot, this used to happen with Palletways so if the book in call isn’t made you can still expect an automated message detailing delivery that day.”
