“I wanted Ash, but out of stock. Birch was available and is a fair substitute (burns quicker, but a little cheaper). As always, order processed quickly and a full crate of logs delivered. Excelent service and excellent product, thank you. Point of note, a crate used to be taller and narrower, my preferred format as it fitted well into my garage. The current format of a cube crate takes up more floor space and is not so easy to accommodate. I would recommend reverting to the taller crates as a pesonnal preference.”

“No complaints about the quality of the logs. One small complaint is that the crate was not filled to the top. I would say one layer of logs was missing from the top. But I would buy their logs again.”

“The majority of "logs" in this crate were no bigger than kindling. 2-3cm across. tedious to unpack/stack and quick to burn. No-body needs half a ton of kindling. I will NOT be buying from them again. I also asked them to remove all my data which they clearly havent done.”

To ensure safe transit, our crates include a variety of log sizes, with smaller pieces used to stabilize the load. Wood is as well a natural product and can vary slightly in size.
