“No complaints about the quality of the logs. One small complaint is that the crate was not filled to the top. I would say one layer of logs was missing from the top. But I would buy their logs again.”

“The majority of "logs" in this crate were no bigger than kindling. 2-3cm across. tedious to unpack/stack and quick to burn. No-body needs half a ton of kindling. I will NOT be buying from them again. I also asked them to remove all my data which they clearly havent done.”

To ensure safe transit, our crates include a variety of log sizes, with smaller pieces used to stabilize the load. Wood is as well a natural product and can vary slightly in size. “I have bought logs from Luxury Wood a number of times and always been very pleased, but this time the pallet arrived damaged and many of the 'logs' are no more than glorified kindling, very small and not fit for anything other han setting the fire. If this is a sign of the product for the future, I will be going elsewhere.”
