“ordering was no problem delivery i had to chase as i could not get any tracking info online anyway the goods arrived delivery driver very helpful now the logs there was a distinct variation in sizes some i had to cut /chop overall okay just a little dissapointed as to the size of some logs (luxury logs )”

“Great product, good service, competitive pricing. I love the way they deliver the logs carefully stacked in a crate AND leave the crate. No ‘dumping in the driveway’ or worse still, on the pavement!”

“I wanted Ash, but out of stock. Birch was available and is a fair substitute (burns quicker, but a little cheaper). As always, order processed quickly and a full crate of logs delivered. Excelent service and excellent product, thank you. Point of note, a crate used to be taller and narrower, my preferred format as it fitted well into my garage. The current format of a cube crate takes up more floor space and is not so easy to accommodate. I would recommend reverting to the taller crates as a pesonnal preference.”
