“Easy to order, competitive price and delivery was quick. The standard of the logs is excellent and without the mountain of scraps that we were getting when ordering locally and told it was expected and we could use it as kindling. On the whole, extremely pleased.”

“Excellent crate of kiln dried birch firewood at a competitive price. We are very happy with Luxury Wood having used them many times in the past. The quality of their product is excellent and burns well and cleanly in our wood burner. The only comment I have is their communication is limited to confirmation email only. You have to deal directly with their chosen delivery company usually Pallet Force. Most recently Pallet Force phoned to arrange delivery and I agreed a suitable date with the Agent only for the delivery to turn up on a different date when I was not available to accept it and proceeded to have a heated discussion over the Ring doorcam. The delivery had to be rescheduled and eventually was completed satisfactorily.”
