“Have ordered the ash crate before. It’s not too bad a price and you get plenty of well packed wood in it. Delivery, on the other hand, was not good. Got a phone call to arrange it and I picked the Wednesday as I was off. No show, or the next day. Had to contact Luxury Wood themselves to find out where it was. Turned up a week later with no warning, just as I was leaving for work. You need to have a work with Pallrt Force as their service was terrible. Good wood though.”
