“Good price, arrived quickly and very well packaged. And I get to use the crate for kindling. What's not to like? Only end of August now so hopefully a few months yet until I need to use it but all safely stored away in our barn. Repeat customer.”

“I have ordered kiln dried logs from luxury wood for many years now and have allways been happy with the service The logs are allways bone dry The quality of the oak.ash and hornbeam logs are first class From order to delivery_great The delivery driver even puts the crates inside the garage”

“This review concerns the packaging of these logs. The crate was just nailed together, there was no strapping. One side of the crate had "blown" out. The pallet delivery company had to wrap the crate in plastic in order to keep the crate together and hold the logs in place. The company sent photos to Luxury Wood. The crate is in my garage and I am concerned that the crate may give way and cause damage. The method of securing these crates needs to be improved. Disappointed that Luxury Wood have not been in contact...”

“The last two crates I have bought have contained, what I consider to be, too many small logs, more like kindling than logs. I wrote a comment to that effect in an area of the online order form when I bought my last crate; I had no reply or acknowledgment to my comment. The logs of the size described in the advertisement burn very well, hence a three star rating rather than a lesser rating.”

“I found this company when searching for either semi seasoned or seasoned Ash. The whole process has been excellent, the crate is a great size, I ordered 2m3. It arrived on the date given and indeed time. The size and quality is the best I have found, with no space left in the crate with it completely full. I'm already considering ordering another crate ready for Winter 2024. Thank you.”
