“I have used the Shot Scope V5 watch for about 10 rounds of golf and am quite impressed with what it offers. I got into golf this year more heavily and first did a trial of arccos but did not want to pay a yearly subscription. I chose Shot Scope and am glad I did as it offers more features at a much better value. I really like the course map feature on the watch and the fact that there are distances to carry hazards. There are two things I personally wish would be improved, the first is that I wish the charging port on the V5 watch had a cover over it for while it is being worn. The other is that I wish the after round editing was more streamlined as it is clunky to get used to, and I had trouble making my actual score match the score of the gps tracking in instances where I chucked the ball 10 feet. Overall I am very happy with the Shot Scope product I purchased and will buy more from them in the future as my game improves.”

“I had one of the orignal Shot Scope GPS watch (V3) which finally fell apart. Since I had the club shot tracking tags I focused my search on a newer Shot Scope model. V5 is what I selected. Very happy with the new GPS watch. I've used it for 5 rounds already and love the features it has.”

“An acquaintance had this watch and i was interested in a watch with club sensors included . My current Garmin S42 always had difficulty with acquiring a satellite signal, which has been a thorn in my side . The V5 is not a touch screen , however the buttons are easy to use once you get used to the process . Basically used for distance to the hole and green . Fairly accurate when compared to a laser scope. The watch does miss shots now and again, some if which can be explained to user error . I have noticed that shots that go away from the hole, say to pitch out of the trees back up the fairway, are missed . The game analysis is great and has offered insights to my game that surprised me . Overall I would recommend the V5 to anyone looking for a good GPS golf watch with the added value of a game/ shot analysis .”

“So far so good. I've used for about 5 rounds now and have got to grips with how it works. It's accurate from what I can tell and picks up most of the shots. I say most, as it doesn't capture everything, but I have noticed with practice swings, which are recommended to help the sensors, this improves. I do think it's best to edit the round after on a PC, to make sure ball position is 100% accurate e.g. ensuring fairways hit is correct on any given shot, and all the holes are properly recorded and scored correctly. The volume of data obtained is very impressive and the way it's presented in the app is easy on the eye and easy to digest. I am still learning all the different performance metrics and analysis, but again, it's easy to understand and very insightful.”
