“I upgraded from the Connex tags and these are much easier to use. I am still learning how to correct errors on the course, hence the 4, but I am confident that once I nail that these will be excellent and be a 5. They pick up the clubs well only missing the odd one and entering the quantity of putts at the end is a great improvment over taging each putt in the Connex system. Lets me concentrate more on the golf and less on stat collection. The states on the coputer once downloaded are fantastic and really help to understand where improvements need to be made.”

“I bought the v5 when the battery on my x5 died. I was generally happy with the x5 but the battery had been dying and I wasn’t impressed with the touchscreen in the wet. Buying the v5 has been great, I miss the touchscreen screen but the comfort of knowing that the buttons are unaffected by the rain I’m totally pleased with my decision. The rest of the performance is just as good as I’ve come to expect. Cameron at customer services was very quick and offered me a good discount on a new watch as compensation.”

“Honestly the watch looks fantastic, it’s comfortable and lightweight. The side buttons feel very tactile, high quality and not sloppy like a few other watches I have used. The software is easy to use and loaded with features like scoring, hole maps, distances and my favourite hazard distance. The Home Screen is brilliant displaying what hole you are on, score distance front/middle/back and if you are tracking with tag's it tells you what club you are hitting. Tags are easy to install and a fantastic for when you get home and sync the round you can see what’s holes you played well shot for shot also what holes you played bad allowing you to play the hole differently next time!! Battery life is great I used to use Garmin and the battery was bad would just about Finish 1 round but this watch can comfortably play 2 rounds and charging is very quick. I won’t lie I only went down the route of shot scope because I’m a Peter Finch fanboy lol but will be sticking with the ecosystem because I have found a product that will definitely help me improve my game and bring that handicap down! Next will try the launch monitor!! Great work Shotscope!”

“He was looking at a Garmin version but decided it had way too many features & not as easy to use. He had an earlier version of this watch which he had been using for years & liked it, so the obvious choice was the V5, he is really peased with it!”

“I've used the V5 for five rounds already and am very happy with the purchase. The only complaints I have are it takes a little bit of time to get used to using all the features, but once you do, it's easy to use. The other complaint is the postround updating on shotscope.com. It's pretty accurate, but you do have to do a fair amount of adjusting of shots. Once you do, you get a lot of info and data to help your game.”
